Ingredients
- Salt
- Corn Powder
- Red Chili Coriander
- Pomegranate Seed
- Cumin Seed
- Ginger
- Black Pepper
- Rice Starch
- Garlic
- Cinnamon
- Citric Acid
- Amorphus Silicon Dioxide
- Nutmeg
- Monosodium Glutamate
- Thyme

Cooking ingredients
- Meat, minced with fat 500-600 Gms
- Onion finely chopped 3
- Garlic and ginger finely chopped 2 tablespoon
- Green chili finely chopped 2
- Tomatoes finely sliced 2
- Oil for frying
- Milan Chapli Kabab Masala 1 packet
Cooking instructions
- Marinating – mix all the above ingredients in mincemeat and leave it for 2-4 hours.
- Preparing – make round kababs with hand and put a sliced tomato on the top.
- Frying – fry the kababs in oil. Serve with lemon and chutney.
