Ingredients

  • Red Chili
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Laurel
  • Dried Plums
  • Ginger
  • Fenugreek Seed
  • Turmeric
  • Cinnamon
  • Small Cardamom
  • Large Cardamom
  • Garlic
  • Clove
  • Black Cumin
  • Artificial Food Flavor

Cooking ingredients

  • Fish (whole or cut into pieces) 1 kg
  • Oil/ ghee as required
  • Ginger and garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  • Corn flour 2 tablespoon
  • Milan Foods Fish Masala 1 packet
  • Milan Foods Daal Masala 1 packet
  • Green Chilies 4

Cooking instructions

Fry Fish

  • Add all the above ingredients in the washed and dry fish. Marinate it for 30 minutes to 3 hours.
  • Heat the oil in pan and fry the fish on low flame. Take out once properly cooked, sprinkle the chat Masala and serve it with lemon and green chutney.
  • Cook the above mixture in oil on slow flame along with 1-2 cups of water on low flame.
  • Add fried onions and cook until the masala separates the oil.

Fish curry

  • Note: for fish curry you will require 3 onions finely chopped, 1 cup yogurt, 8-14 curry leaves.
  • Heat some oil in the pan and add chopped onion in it. Fry until golden brown. Now add ginger and garlic paste, yogurt and curry leaves along with Milan Foods Fish Masala and fry the mixture on low flame until it separates oil.
  • Now add the fish in the Masala along with 1 ½ cups of water and put a lid on low flame until the fish is tender.
  • Serve the fish curry with boiled rice or roti.
