  • Chana/ Chickpeas 2 cups boiled
  • Potatoes 2 boiled
  • Papri 2
  • Yogurt ¼ cup
  • Green Chatni 6 tablespoon
  • Tamarind Chatni 6 tablespoon
  • Onion, tomatoes, green chilies, green coriander, mint leaves ½ cup chopped
  • Milan Chaat Masala 4 tablespoon

Cooking instructions

Chana Chaat Recipe

  • Take a serving bowl and add layers of boiled Chana/ Chickpeas and potatoes.
  • Now add Milan Chaat Masala 3 tablespoon, wiped yogurt, Green Chatni, Tamarind Chatni, and all the chopped vegetables on the top.
  • Now add crushed papri and remaining one tablespoon of Milan Chaat Masala and serve the Chana Chaat.
