Cooking ingredients

  • Chicken/ beef/ mutton 1 kg
  • Onion 3 medium size
  • Yogurt 1 ½ cup
  • Ghee/oil 1 cup
  • Ginger paste 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic paste 2 tablespoon
  • Milan Foods Korma Masala 1 packet

Cooking instructions

  • Fry finely cut onions in oil/ghee till golden brown. Now spread it on a paper until crispy. Crush the onion with hands.
  • Mix meat yogurt with ginger and garlic paste in the same pot with Milan Foods Korma Masala and rest it for a few minutes.
  • Cook this mixture in the fried onion oil and cover the pot. Cook until oil/ghee separates from gravy, and meat is tender.
  • Mix fried and grind onions and cover pot. Cook till oil/ghee separates.
  • Once the gravy becomes, thick serve the Korma with Nan.
