  • Salt
  • Corn Powder
  • Red Chili Coriander
  • Pomegranate Seed
  • Cumin Seed
  • Ginger
  • Black Pepper
  • Rice Starch
  • Garlic
  • Cinnamon
  • Citric Acid
  • Amorphus Silicon Dioxide
  • Nutmeg
  • Monosodium Glutamate
  • Thyme
  • Xanthan Gum

Cooking ingredients

  • Meat, minced with fat 500-600 Gms
  • Onion finely chopped 3
  • Garlic and ginger finely chopped 2 tablespoon
  • Green chili finely chopped 2
  • Tomatoes finely sliced 2
  • Oil for frying
  • Milan Chapli Kabab Masala 1 packet

Cooking instructions

  • **Marinating – ** mix all the above ingredients in mincemeat and leave it for 2-4 hours.
  • **Preparing –** make round kababs with hand and put a sliced tomato on the top.
  • **Frying – ** fry the kababs in oil. Serve with lemon and chutney.
