Cooking ingredients

  • Meat, minced with fat 500-600 Gms
  • Onion finely chopped 3
  • Garlic and ginger finely chopped 2 tablespoon
  • Green chili finely chopped 2
  • Tomatoes finely sliced 2
  • Oil for frying
  • Milan Chapli Kabab Masala 1 packet

Cooking instructions

  • Marinating – mix all the above ingredients in mincemeat and leave it for 2-4 hours.
  • Preparing – make round kababs with hand and put a sliced tomato on the top.
  • Frying – fry the kababs in oil. Serve with lemon and chutney.
